Q:     Do I need to purchase specific POS card reading hardware to accept the Foreserve Account Card?

A:     No - The Foreserve Card can be accepted by any POS card reader that is capable of reading Credit and Debit cards.

Q:     Can I just go ahead and accept the Foreserve card then?

A:     No - not quite, you must have your POS reader programmed to accept our card - your card reader provider can do this for you.

Q:     How long do the batteries last in an RFID tag?

A:     There are no batteries in the tag it is a 'passive'device. The power is in the reader unit at the point of sale.

Q:     What if I lose my RFID tag?

A:     One call to the CCV Help Desk and we will block your lost tag making it useless to anyone who finds it. We will then issue you a new tag
